Job Description
- Job Title : Program Assistant

Based on the job advertisement, the main responsibilities and requirements for the Program Assistant (On Assignment Basis) position at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), University of Peradeniya, are:
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various program-related tasks on an assignment basis
Required Qualifications:
- Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six subjects in one sitting with credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics
- Passed all subjects in the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination at one sitting
- Fluency in English and skills in computer-based applications
- Age not more than 30 years on the closing date of applications
- Working days: 5 days per week, including weekends
- Additional qualifications: Work experience/NVQ certificate in a related field
The appointment is initially for a period of 6 months on an assignment basis and may be extended based on performance. A monthly allowance of Rs. 30,000 will be paid.
