Main Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Assisting customers with using the touchless ATM technology, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
• Operational Tasks: Performing daily tasks related to the touchless ATM, such as monitoring performance, reporting data, and ensuring smooth functionality.
• Marketing and Promotion: Contributing to initiatives that promote the touchless ATM and educate customers about its benefits.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to ensure the success of the project and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Age below 27 years
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a local/international commercial bank or finance company
• Strong academic background with required passes in GCE O/L and A/L examinations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Computer literacy and familiarity with IT systems
• A passion for innovation and technology
• Ability to work effectively in a team environmentd
