Bizycorp Pvt Ltd, a leading work from home company, is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Sri Lanka. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing leads and establishing relationships with potential clients through various marketing campaigns. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Sales Executive Work from Home Requirements:

• Excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in communication tools such as Skype/Zoom and online tools such as Google Docs/SpreadSheets.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably with experience in dealing with foreign clients.
• High-speed internet connection and the ability to continue work during power interruptions.
• Full-time commitment to the company.
• Comfortable communicating with foreign clients, specifically US and Canadian clients, via Zoom or Skype.
• Legally eligible to work in Sri Lanka.

Sales Executive Responsibilities

• Develop leads and build relationships with potential clients through cold emails, cold calls, text messages, Linkedin/Skype messages, and emails.
• Conduct cold calls and maintain excellent communication skills to effectively engage with leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to connect with potential clients and nurture ongoing relationships until they book a meeting with our sales team.
• Meet specific weekly targets, including the number of unique leads contacted, total number of contacts made, and total meetings booked.
• Gain a thorough knowledge of the services offered by the company and develop various ROI points to share with leads through research and self-learning.
• Update sales applications and worksheets such as CRM, Google Sheets, etc.
• Utilize various applications and tools for day-to-day tasks, demonstrating tech-savviness.
• Maintain a good work-life balance while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Sales Executive Salary in Sri Lanka (Remuneration and Benefits)

• Starting salary of 90,000 LKR (inclusive of basic + fixed allowances).
• Probation confirmation increment after 6 months (conditions apply).
• Performance-based bonus opportunities (conditions apply).
• EPF/ETF enrollment as per Sri Lankan labor regulations.
