• G.C.E. Ordinary Level
• Age between 18-25 years
• Proficiency in computer skills and data entry operations
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts (transport provided for shifts ending after 8.00pm within a radius of 21KM from the centre)
• Fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil (an advantage

Responsibilities:(General)

• Engage with customers via the contact centre, providing high-quality service and assistance
• Perform data entry operations accurately and efficiently
• Work as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Adhere to health guidelines stipulated by the bank
