Job Description of ABC Pharma Services (Pvt) Ltd
ABC Pharma Services (Pvt) Ltd, a leading importer and distributor of Pharmaceutical Biological, Medical, and Dental Devices in Sri Lanka, is seeking a competent Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, proficient in computer literacy, and have a basic knowledge of accounts.
Responsibilities: (General)
- Accurately enter data into the company's database and systems.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data by performing regular backups.
- Verify data accuracy and make necessary corrections or adjustments.
- Assist in maintaining and updating various records and files.
- Generate reports based on the entered data as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all information.
Data Entry Clerk Job Recruitment
- Successful completion of GCE O/L Examination with credit passes for English and Mathematics.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of accounts.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
