Job Summary:

Oxford College of Business (Pvt) Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and interactions with the college's diverse clientele. Your goal will be to provide the best quality and up-to-date education to students by working closely with the student management system. The ideal candidate should be a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills, particularly in English.

Requirements:

  • Good secondary education with credit passes, including Mathematics and English, at the G.C.E. O/L examination.
  • Minimum three passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Previous experience in customer handling or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Friendly, charismatic, punctual, and energetic individual with a positive "CAN-DO" attitude.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays will be an advantage.
  • Must be below 25 years of age.
