Lake House Job Summary:

The Lake House, widely known as the home and heart of print media in Sri Lanka, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Officers. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by aggressively promoting and marketing our products and services to potential advertisers. Your primary focus will be on expanding our newspaper advertising clientele and fostering strong business relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of G.C.E.(O/L) qualification with a marketing background.
• Demonstrable flair for communication and a keen interest in the corporate world.
• Possess a pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• SPrior industry experience in the field of newspaper advertising is preferred.
• Age below 30 years.

Telemarketing Leads Responsibilities: (General)

• Identify and engage potential advertisers, including businesses and organizations, to promote Lake House's print media products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Present advertising proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and editorial, to create compelling advertising solutions and campaigns.
