Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Account Executives. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate accounting records. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Conducting regular financial reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Collaborating with the finance team to prepare financial reports and statements.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and coordinating with external auditors.
- Utilizing international accounting software and ERP systems for efficient financial management.
Job Requirements:
- Age between 18-30 years old.
- GCE A/Levels completed in Commerce stream.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
