A1: The Help Desk Operator position is recruited for one year on a contract basis.

• Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) examination in six subjects in one sitting with credit passes for four subjects, including Sinhala/Tamil, English language (if necessary to the post), and Mathematics.
• Passed three subjects (other than the General Paper) at the G.C.E. (A/L) examination.
• Completed a course not less than 03 months in the subject area relevant to the role of the post.

The salary for the Help Desk Operator position is Rs. 45,000.00 with all allowances.
