To become an Insurance Assistant, you should meet the following requirements:

• Excellent computer skills in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 03 passes in GCE A/L (Advanced Level) and GCE O/L (Ordinary Level) with 06 passes, including a credit pass in mathematics and English.
• Should be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills.
