To be eligible for the internship program, applicants should have a smart, intelligent, and pleasing personality and be below 23 years of age. They should have a minimum of 05 credit passes at G.C.E O/L or equivalent, including English and Mathematics, and 04 passes at G.C.E. A/L or equivalent, including General English. Part qualifications or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IBSL, ACCA, CIMA, CIM, SLIM, AAT, or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute/university are preferred. Good A/L results at the recently concluded A/L examination are also encouraged.

Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for banking. Competency in MS applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.
