• Strong selling and people handling skills, business acumen, and a positive attitude with drive and initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala; ability to communicate in Tamil will be an advantage.
